Why Stephanie

A Seattle native, I grew up in our iconic Madison Park, Capitol Hill, and Central District (The CD) neighborhoods. Sometimes I feel like I know every tree on every street because I’ve spent my life exploring every nook of the area. I don’t think anyone knows how to get from Sodo to Edmonds better than I, and I’m happy to point you in the direction of the perfect cup of coffee on your way: Vivace! I have a deep love and pride for our city and would love to tell you all about it.

As your real estate broker, I bring my experience in the industry and my knowledge of the market, the area, and the people. Buying and selling a home can be a stressful process, in which an f-word might pop up here or there, but my goal is to make those f-words “fun” or “fabulous” or “fascinating”, and never “frustrating” or “frenetic” or… I’m running out of f-words but you get the idea.

I love working with first time home buyers, seasoned pros, sellers, out of towners, downsizers, and everyone in between.
