I am fascinated by people, I care deeply about the environment, and strive to build meaningful relationships with my clients. My friends are my clients and my clients are my friends. That is the business motto I have come to adopt. I am fortunate to be surrounded by talented individuals who act as resources. From title agents, mortgage lenders, home insurers, inspectors, marketing specialists, videographers, photographers, stagers, builders, carpenters, to various contractors, I have a go-to expert for every facet of real estate. Together with my commitment to put people first, the quality and the diversity of resources, and the strong educational focus of Metropolist, I believe that I can provide the most comprehensive, transparent, authentic, and streamlined service available in real estate. My job is to be there every step of the way for you and to guide you through the complexities of buying and selling a home. I look forward to providing you the best service Metropolist and I can offer!
My three big passions in life are art, health, and philosophy. I love all forms of art. I believe that there is no such thing as a non-creative person. It’s just a matter of finding the right medium or platform to express ourselves. I believe that health is integral to happiness. Taking care of the mind, body, and spirit (psyche) is very important to me. Philosophy has been instrumental to my growth. It has taught me what it means to be truly free. It has helped me become comfortable in the realm of doubt and acknowledge my importance and unimportance. Metropolist is a place where free thinking, expressive individuals who care about the environment and community come together and collaborate. I am grateful for the space they have created for people to be real estate agents without having to compromise their self-expressions. As soon as you step into Metropolist, you are welcomed wholly as you are with open arms and kindness.
For many, buying a first home is daunting. It is typically the biggest purchase of one’s life and there are many unknowns. Although it is exciting, it is equally frightening. I was, of course, excited but very nervous about the process of buying my first home. J took the time to break down the whole process from beginning to end and educated me on every point. He was transparent, honest, and very knowledgeable. He prepared me even before the process started by priming my expectations and made the whole process seamless. His negotiating skills were top notch and I was able to purchase my home below the listing price. J was positive, prompt, and very responsive to my needs. I could not have asked for a better agent to represent me.
I highly recommend him without reservations.
