A well skilled sales person will take a step back and listen to the needs of their clients. My 10 years in the sales industry include representing well-known hotel chains including Starwood and Marriott Hotels. My most recent sales experience includes working for Visit Seattle creating relationships with high-end clients such as Delta Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Amtrak and CityPASS. This experience provides my real estate clients the confidence in knowing I am a real estate broker who prides herself on honesty and integrity, developing engaging relationships, listening to client needs and providing mad negotiation skills.

After speaking with many other brokers in the industry and hearing they don’t spend more than one or two days in the office, I thought “how can you build a relationship with your co-workers if you’re only seeing them a few times a week?” At Metropolist, the office and team dynamic is completely opposite of what I learned from meeting with brokers outside Metropolist. I have a full team of brokers who truly are my “teammates”. We celebrate each other’s successes, brainstorm strategy and support each other in each of our businesses.
