Fall Home Maintenance

We know it’s still summer, but it’s always best to plan ahead so you won’t be left with any last minute surprises. Your home goes through more changes than you may think each year. With temperature changes, aging and normal wear and tear it is important to stay on top of these things to keep your home happy and healthy! Houselogic shared a super easy checklist of outdoor chores that’ll save you from some costly damage next spring. Alternatively, another great checklist by Travelers makes points about checking your furnace, cleaning out the dryer exhaust, etc. so that once the weather cools and the furnace gets going you can prevent fires.

Though the Honey-Do list for home improvements may be never-ending, we hope that these helpful tidbits will make it easier to keep on top of what is most important. Enjoy the rest of our great Seattle sun and fit in some house projects before the rains come!
