In addition to the regular line up of collaborative education elements (weekly skills, contracts classes as well as a production meeting), it’s also the week of our signature clock hour class: The Pit!

The Learning Lab, Seattle’s unboring real estate school, housed inside of the Metropolist firm, is all about collaboration, support, and education. The Pit arose out of a desire to improve not only broker businesses throughout the city and across all real estate firms, but also to improve the buyer and seller experiences as well.
